Travelstart only book tickets, take money but that is where it stop

I can see why travelstart did not answer any review. They are far worse than any other travel platform. Do yourself a big favor and don't use them. They do not have a vontact number where you can speak to them, they don't answer the so called whatsapp chats and the email address refuse to take any length email. Not even if it is urgent. If you are a person who do and take prompt and efficient hanling of matters high, keep from doing business with travelstart. I agree they are not even worth tge 1 star that we need to give.
