Travelstart of POOR Assistance on urgent matters

We have been trying to change our flights to Thailand since beginning of July. We have unforseen circumstances that happened . Now that we want to change no one is of help in answering questions . Crazy ammounts are demanded to change the ticket costs more than a new flight during peak time and no one can explain ?? Wording of costs involved also changes from email to email . Zero consistancy in feedback . We need to change our tickets ASAP. We need accurate feedback on changing costs as to why more than R7000 is required to change a ticket ? ? Very poor service from travelstart agents since July .
