Travelstart not userfriendly
Easy to do your initial booking. But chaos when you want to change a booking. SOOOOO difficult to get anybody to help. Landline not working, Whatsapp helpful up to a point, where is the personal human touch? I was stranded at OR tambo. had to buy a new ticket because I could not get hold of anybody. When I tried later the whatsapp just said flight is over so no way to correspond.
