Travelstart Non Compliance to CPA, TCF and disregard for customers rights

How are they allowed to operate in blatant disregard of the Consumer Protection Act and TCF. Is there any monitoring of this platform? We are all complaining about the same thing, their after sales service is atrocious and you have no recourse at all. Unanswered calls, long waiting times, inability to change or cancel flights. Also, they have not even bothered to respond to the many complaints here at all.
