TRAVELSTART - No service

I booked return tickets JHB - Kigali. I tested positive for Covid and needed to change my flights. I tried to get hold of someone at Travelstart to change my return flight. What a nightmare. the reply from them is that they are busy and will respond in 48 - 72 hrs. They recommend that you use the Whatsapp number for correspondence. If I do so, an automated response asks generic questions and say that you will be in touch with a Real person shortly. In three days I have not had any success contacting or speaking to a live person. This has costed me to rebook the flight at my own expense, even though I took the option to pay additional fees to change my flights (within Travelstarts' rules). The insurance I took for Covid related incidences means nothing when you cannot get hold of nobody. This is truly the worst site to book your travel on any. They are fast to respond when you initially make contact. But once you need help - They are 100% absent. I tried all email addresses given on the website. I tried getting help through the online form you can submit. I only get automated responses. BE AWARE - Travelstart is a ****!!!!! Travelstart will cost you money and time and will not respond or reimburse!!!
