Travelstart - no replies to multiple urgent messages

Oh how I wish I had read other people's reviews before booking with Travelstart. We booked tickets to fly to Egypt with Travelstart - which is now closed to South Africans. I have been trying for over a week to get hold of them. They do not reply to emails, do not respond to messages sent via there online query form. There is a WhatsApp which gets you a bot which is of no help whatsoever - and there is no way of getting hold of a real person. I fear they have absconded with our money.
