Travelstart - no benefit using them

Travelstart is very quick to take your money and book flights, but they are not so quick at resolving a query. With the issues concerning the Mango flights that have been grounded at the end of April and communication that Mango would possibly be grounded from 1 May '21, we tried to communicate with Travelstart to change our flights - their continued response basically that they cannot advise until they receive guidance from Mango. If we wanted to book directly with Mango, we would have ... Eventually we were informed by Travelstart to book alternate flights, which we did ... now they cannot assist with a refund from Mango and advised us to contact Mango directly. We booked the flexible option ... so much for paying extra for a non-flexible approach. This is certainly unacceptable ... what benefits does one receive to book with Travelstart - nothing, in our experience.
