Travelstart never respond to any form of communication.

I used Travelstart travel agency to book three tickets from Jhb to Durban on tbe 13th of March. I was sent a message saying I will reveive the e-tickets within 24 hours, which did not happened. I sent three emails which were never repl**** to. I called the a number of time to no avail. The fligjt is scheduled for May. I am afraid that we might not fly after having seen so many negative reviews on the company
