Travelstart Mpho’s excellent assistance 💫

I had to change my flights after my daughter booked them but noted that the departure flight time was different to what she chose. We immediately called Travelstart and Mpho put me at ease, reassured me that this will be resolved via email or with a call from an agent in about 15 minutes. When 30 minutes passed and no one had called or sent an email I called again, with luck I got through to Mpho. He put me on hold again and within a few minutes I received a sms notification of the change.
