travelstart more like travel disaster

<p>Travel Start....... More like Travel disaster!!!!!! I booked a flight for my father aged 75 to travel from SA to Ireland via London Heathrow. This is supposed to be a joyous occasion. Well thanks to Travel Start, it has become a nightmare. You failed to inform my father that he would need a visa to transit in London so now he has been turned away as he was about to board. You bunch of *********** idiots!!!! All you are interested in is selling your allotment of seats on the flight. You have no interest in the person or people that are using your '"service" I now lose R10800 because of your lack of information and incompetence. And worst of all i do not get to see my father. Thank you for turning this happy occasion into a nightmare i will never forget. I will make sure in the future that any and all that fly to visit myself or friends and family all over the world DO NOT use TRAVEL DISASTER!!!</p>
