TRAVELSTART - More lies and deception!

I had a problem with Travelstart when they refused to get back to me in time to change my flights. I could not travel because I had tested positive for Covid19.

I was forced to change my ticket direct with the airline which cost me in excess of R5600-00!

I logged a complaint on HELLOPETER and Travelstart responded, asking me to send them the invoice/receipt for the amount I paid. The person requesting this was "Melissa".

I promptly sent the required information. That was on the 22nd of March 2022. To date, they have not even bothered to acknowledge receipt of the mail!

I'm sure their excuse will be that they are so inundated with queries that they cannot get to it!

This company is a joke!
