Travelstart Money ******ion

We bought two local return tickets, we received confirmations of the arrangements 21h00 the same day. Upon receiving the confirmation we immediately noticed a error, unfortunately the call centre was closed(They work 07h00-19h00). We called first thing the following morning and we told "You should have called yesterday" (The call centre was closed). We were also told we need to pay a additional R1000 to make an amendment, alternatively we are welcome to forfit the entire booking. The booking was made almost 5 months prior to travel. Shame on you Travelstart for ******ing addtional money from travellers after they have paid.
