Travelstart look out they take ur money
**** they still not come back for my refun watch out

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
I've followed up with our refunds team who have emailed the airline and copied you in.
As no response was received from the airline they sent another follow up yesterday and still awaiting feedback.
We have sent a 3rd email to Fly Safair and copied you in.
As advised over the telephone once we have received a response from the airline with the relevant requested information via email, we can pass this onto our finance team.
