Travelstart lack of assistance and support

To give a 1 rating is acrually still a high score😤Ticket nr ZA***5. We are supposed to fly on the 25th of December via London to Denver, USA. Due to the Travel ban to the USA we are not allowed into the USA. Since Last Wednesday we are trying to get the flight suspended but Travelstart did not respond. According to them we are still boarding on the 25th of December. This is the worst Travel Agency and this is now the second time we had to deal with this inadequecy to assist clients. They should know that we are not allowed into the USA. We do not know where to get assistance. They are quick to take our money and impose extra cost but when we need assistance it is now where to be seen. 😤😤😤.

Does their so called CEO knows about this BAD service.
