Travelstart keeping my money

I bought tickets for Dubai to travel in December 2021 And when South Africa got red listed, I received a email from travelstart to say that my flight was cancelled and I have the option to get a refund or to change my flight, I chose for the refund. I have emailed more than 10 times to follow up on this refund. And received absolutely nothing I use travelstart a lot and I am incredibly disgusted and disappointed with the service. I did not get to travel and I did not even receive my money back in order to make another arrangement
