Travelstart is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Firstly the whatsupp line is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need my booking sorted out today. There were two parts of the payment first part was going to Kulula and other part to you guys WHEN I WAS DOING THE PAYMENT..... How did I received my booking from them but not my SAFAIR booking from you guys!!!! The money went out of my account!!!

We have escalated Mr Reneke's booking onto our ticketing team requesting that they give you a call back with regards to his return Fly Safair flight and provide feedback.
In the meantime please email a copy of your bank statement to payments @ travelstart . com with the reference number I provided you with.
