Travelstart is useless

When it comes to customer service, this business is nowhere. It takes forever to get hold of them and then you are re-routed to a foreign helpdesk who do not understand you and can hardly speak proper English or understand you. Furthermore, they cannot accommodate your request, which I thought was totally possible when I did the research myself. Is it because it was really the case or was it because of the incompetence of their helpdesk? I’m convinced it’s the latter. Will never use them.
