Travelstart is Unfair and an ******** Agency

We will not be booking with this agency again as during this world wide pandemic the agency is not offering a full refund on air tickets and you cannot speak to anyone regarding this matter, you can only contact vis email or online chat. This agency merely states or sent us an email saying that the airline SAA and United Airlines are not offering a refund at this time. We cannot except this as an international air ticket cost a lot of money that we could be using at this time for essential items and bills.
