Travelstart is the worst travel agency

If I could I'd give this travel agency a 0. The absolute worst customer service. I spent 3 weeks trying to find out information and no one responded. There's also no direct contact number to talk to an agent, they only work with emails and whatsapp but you'll only get a response a week later and if you don't respond within 15 minutes the agent closes the query. Won't recommend to anyone.
