Travelstart is ******** and **********!!!!

I have had the most costly ever experience with the company. I made a booking which could not be used due to covid regulations changing. They are refusing to refund me or even for me to use my funds towards other bookings!! I have not been able to speak to a real person in this company ever since I started asking questions, they can apparently only refund me somewhere in 2022, how convenient in the mean time my hard earned, money is earning interest for them and they are not intending ever refunding me or allowing me to use the funds for other bookings!! Then they send email replies of absolute ridiculous deductions from your monies but never ever does an actual person contact you!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY ********** AND ********!! Beware do not use them and fall into the trap that I am sure hundreds if not more people already has!!
