Travelstart is quick to sell a ticket but no help at all after the sale

My husband booked a ticket on Travel Start for a ticket routing Cape Town- London- Canary Islands. He was joining a boat to cross the Atlantic. On arrival At the airport he was turned away by BA officials citing travel restrictions. This was untrue as he managed to board Turkish airlines the following day. Travelstart refused to help with rerouting, not with a refund. They sent us to BA who in turn sent is back to the agent. A long story short we lost the ticket with no help at all. I would definitely, never, ever use Travelstart again!
