Travelstart is PATHETIC !!

Bookings made on 11 March 2022 through Travelstart to fly to George on 16 March 2022, carrier Kulula. Kulula was grounded on 13 March 2022 and I tried to get hold of Travelstart telephonically and per e-mail regarding my bookings. No response on e-mails sent and nobody answers the telephones at Travelstart. Sent e-mails again today and no response, telephone line is dead !! Will I ever see my money again ?? Why can/ could Travelstart not make bookings on alternative airlines ?? Why is there NO RESPONSE from Travelstart ?? Travelstart is PATHETIC !!
