Travelstart is absolutely ***********! Do not book through them!

Absolutely ***********. Turnaround on emails at least 2 days and then without actually addressing the issues. When I tried to change my flight, by the time they got back to me it was 2 days later. Furthermore, they didn't offer any alternatives, only a refund. Who does that? And then the refund offered is R0!!!! They are more bothered by their office hours than actually helping their clients.

They told me they couldn;t change the flight but I could - online! Unbelievable!
