TRAVELSTART IS A **** BIG TIME DO NOT EVER USE THEM

A colleague and I booked bus tickets for her and her friends through travelstart and the process was good until there was no notification of the tickets yet the money was taken from her account and when we called in they had to check if there were seats available and no seats were available and we then asked for the money yet they send we need to send them a statement from Nedbank which she Banks with, yet she went to the atm and could not get a statement as the money was pending yet I have a planned trip and we made house bookings to Cape Town it was only the bus tickets we had to purchase, TRAVELSTART COULD NOT GIVE US SERVICES CAUSE THEY ARE ********, ON FRIDAY MORNING WE PHONED NEDBANK TO REVERSE THE MONEY CAUSE TRAVELSTART BUSINESS WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL JUST TO GET ON SATURDAY NEDBANK SENT TRAVELSTART THE MONEY CAUSE THEY GAVE AUTHROIZATION FROM WHERE THEY GOT GOD KNOWS ALONE AND TODAY WE CALLED AND THE DAMN NONSENSE CONSULTANTS TELLS US NOT TO CALL THEM, THEY WILL CALL BACK SUCH ******* THEY WILL BURN IN HELL WE EMAILED OUR BANK STATEMENT AND STILL NO RESPONSE THEY ARE SITTING WITH OUR R4450 WHILE THE SERVICE WAS NOT PROVIDED,YOU RUSBBISH PEOPLE!!!
