Travelstart is a ****
Never book a ticket with Travestart their service is pathetic. Its been weeks of frustration, i have been trying to contact Travestart and speak to an Agent to resolve my query but to no avail. Whatsapp messages are not attended to and basically there is no one to assist me. This agent is interested in your money once you have made a booking, you getting hold of anyone is impossible This is a ghost business and no one should ever use their services

I have checked the booking and can see that this was created on 5 August. On 26 August a refund was requested and quote on the 27 August up to today we have received your requests via the client contact form and WhatsApp and we have reverted on the same day as the query received.
