TRAVELSTART IS A NON_STARTER

They are non responsive during the latest Covid cancellation periods. I booked myself to Vic Falls on BA through BA website. BA transfer my booking to fastjet but Travelstart is either unable or unwilling to give us any support to do the same for the rest of our group. Booking 5 boys through Travelstart and not direct on BA website, turn out to be a disaster.
