travelstart is a joke!!!

Is there anyone in this world who can explain to me why it has taken Travelstart 10 months now to refund a flight cancelled by the airline back in July 2021. We didn't cancel it, so there is no reason we should go for so long without our money back.

Travelstart , if you invest people's money, can you just let it be known so that we know that you are waiting for profits before you can give back people's money.

Then you sent a request for banking details back in November, which we sent via the form you indicated now when I follow up again I am told you need the banking detail. What kind of **** business are you running? the same details I have already provided?

which world do you live in where you need a year to process a refund? A year?
