TRAVELSTART IS A DISGRACEFUL FLIGHT AGENT!

Travelstart is a disgrace! I will never use them again! When mandatory flight cancellations followed refunds where promised. This has not been adhered to!! There is no way to speak to a human and get any feedback, they just ignore you and enjoy the interest off my money. Disgusting! You should be ashamed of your business model! The least you could do is respond to mails and give back the money that does not rightfully belong to you! Your company is worth over R80 million, and this is how you act! Shocking!
