Travelstart is a big cheat and full of *****

I booked a flight for my Mom Aniete Ada Ezeimo with Travelstart in June to fly in July and I realized that i captured incorrect dates, I immediately called them to cancel the flight and I was told that I'm lucky I called earlier they will refund me but will charge me a R100 penalty fee. An amount of R 8461.00 was supposed to be refunded to me in 10 days so that I can re book but i was only refunded R425.00 which was credited from the account i used to pay and i was told that another credit of R8036 will be done in the account. till today the money was never credited to my account instead when i called their call center i was give a **** proof of credit which i took to my bank and the bank confirmed that there was no credit of that amount done in the account. Travelstart are ***** and kept on saying there money will be there but it was never paid. my travelstart reference is ( ZA***4)
