Travelstart is ****!

Decided to give travelstart a try. Worst mistake ever. Funds were deducted from my account however, I never received the confirmation booking . Call them they said my ticket was cancelled. Spoke to them again with the bank on the line. They refusing to authorise the return of my hard earned money since on their side the ticket is showing is cancelled. Mind you, I booked for tonight as my grandmother is being buried tomorrow. Please people stay away from this company!!!! Give me my R1400+ back since you claim the ticket is cancelled. Thanks to your **** service I can no longer say my final goodbyes to my grandma.
