Travelstart impossible to get hold of

After almost month long hassle to change my flight tickets, Travelstart finally promised me a voucher for equal value of my original ticket,it was last week. I haven´t received the voucher or any other feedback on the topic, my flight was supposed to leave today, I´m really worried. Especially since it´s been impossible to get hold of Travelstart on the phone, after filling request form they phone back days later, I just don´t have that time any more.
