TRAVELSTART HELP RESOLVE MATTER WITH KULULA
IVE BOOKED FLIGHTS WITH TRAVEL START, THERE HAS BEEN ONGOING ISSUES WITH THE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM KULULA, THERE HAS BEEN NO POSITIVE FEEDBACK RESOLVING THE MATTER AND REFUNDING MY MONEY, REGARDLESS OF IT BEING KULULA, TRAVEL START NEEDS TO HAVE THE MATTER RESOLVED AS THE BOOKING HAS BEEN DONE VIA THEM, THEY HAVE BEEN CONTACTING AND TRYING TO ASSIST, BUT THE SITUATION REMAINS STAGNANT

As discussed to request to a detail report from the Police / Traffic Department and forward the report onto our refunds department of which we will then try and submit a refund through the airline.
