Travelstart has no service

Travelstart has 0 customer service. No call centre even though there is a telephone number on their website. You have to use WhatsApp and wait 3-4 hours for someone to respond. If you miss it you are in for another 3-4 hours. On top of this, they cannot successfully do anything for you. I do not know why they are still in business.
