Travelstart great service and booking company

I would like to thank Travelstart and particularly Tasneem Naidoo for their great service. I have used this booking agency many times and have always had good and accurate service from them. This time I had book airline tickets with them and when it came time to fly the airline was grounded. I was unable to speak to anyone concerning my refund from the airline. But I contacted Travelstart and they took on the investigation on my behalf. They have kept me informed all along and now I have got my refund. I could never have done this without your help.
