Travelstart gives no support after taking money

I al not getting any responses from Travelstart. At present they have offered me R10k for tickets I paid R60k for. I am trying to rebook tickets but according to Travelstart airlines force you to pay for petrol, which is subsidised for new ticket buyers and that is why I have to pay R147k to rebook the tickets I have already paid R60k for. Who took my money Travelstart or British Airways?
