I can't give minus 100 stars otherwise I would. You cant change flights in advance without having to pay almost triple more than the original amount, you cant get a refund. R8000.00 down the drain and all the staff know this is a **** because they read of a script and then argue with you... What a joke of a company. Stay away from them and I hope everyone that works here get the karma they deserve

When we initially checked the alternative dates discussed, the available fares were unfortunately higher than the previous quote provided. 11 Feb 2026, 15:24That is not the truth. You did not assist me. You sent me a second quote for changing the return flight now it is R6800 per person extra. Then I ask can we move it to another date and you said I couldnt move it to November. Basically you are making it either extremely expensive or you are saying I cant book in advance. This means I will end up losing the R8000 because I was not willing to pay R20400 for the same flights that I just wanted to move to another date. I was told I will not get a refund. So stop lying in your responses because its not true
