Travelstart

Travelstart just proof that they are *******. Our tickets expired at the end of November. We sent a message on Whatsapp, where Tracey responded she is the live agent and I must give her a few moments. That was on 25 October and that few moments became days. We send mails more than once where Christiana and Jay, respectively, requested the ticket details and that is where the communication end. Why can't they provide a personal emails address or phone number. Obviously their systems via mail and Whatsapp does not work. Wish there was a way that their business could close down. Everyday there are similar complaints. This is already my second complaint on Hello Peter, there is lady from Travelstart that respond on the mails, not sure if the people receive any joy after that response. She did not respond on my first review, wonder why.
