Travelstart dreadful refund time

Our flights were cancelled two weeks before by the airline-3 of us,(no reason given) and now Travelstart says it will take 10-12 weeks to refund. Atrocious, how can we book other flights without this money? It’s unacceptable and I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!
