Travelstart don't want to give my money back

I need your help. I paid for my flight in May from Johannesburg to Mmbatho with SAA through Travelstart and they have not yet refunded me on my flight as they were closed down for which every reasons in May. They asked me to email them my e-tick and I did I also called them and they said they would refund me in 6 weeks. I'm still waiting
