Travelstart doesn't start!
I tried in vain to change a booking with Travelstart. Their online portal yielded no results and their Whatsapp communication was extremely tardy and of no help at all. They kept telling me to change my booking with the airline. The airlines, rightfully, said that I had to change my booking with the travel agent. I have contacted them on their own portal, gave all my contact details, and still nothing. Silence! Thanks Travelstart for ruining my experience.

I am sorry to hear you are not pleased with the level of assistance received when trying to do a date change to your flights.
All changes for a low cost carrier like Fly Safair, Mango and Lift needs to be made directly with those airlines.
Looking at the correspondance I see the agent did ask for your new dates of travel, so we could assist with a quote for your BA Comair flight.
