Travelstart does not respond to refund queries
Travelstart do not respond to numerous online contact form requests, don’t answer their phone nor reply to emails. I took airline liquidation protection when I bought (paid via eft) a Kulula return ticket through Travelstart on 3 April. It is 4 months later and I am still waiting for a response and have not received my refund.
