Travelstart does not exist anymore

I booked 2 ticket to Dubai and put travelling on hold due to Covid. It is impossible to get hold of Travelstart. They only have a whatsapp line that is not manned. If you are lucky half day later someone responds to you cheekily that your booking number is wrong. I confirmed the refund with GWEN. She promise to email me me but nothing has happened. Also they do not respond to emails. I have emailed countless times into a black hole. The last agent said sorry there is no refund request on our system. I will request assistance from FNB law on call to deal with the matter. So there are now no records of my requested refund. I guess the whatssapss get deleted but I have my whatssapp trail.
