Travelstart does not communicate and claim they do. Unprofessional service.

I am now for the second time battling to get a refund processed. The staff at Travelstart do not communicate and then claim they do. There is no way to escelate matters and a customer is completely at the mercy of whoever sits on the other side of a ticketing system which clearly does not work.
