TRAVELSTART DOES NOT CARE!
NO SERVICE! Here we are again! Got a reply on our first complaint, we weren't happy with the feedback, did a private reply via Hellopeter and still waiting for feedback. Once again have made numerous calls, holding on forever, calls being dropped and NO REPLY on the website query form. Can someone just get back to us!!!

We tried to call Travelstart again from last week with no success, to check what these changes entail, as we cannot accept these changes if we don't know if it includes premium economy. We would like a direct contact person that we can deal with.

We requested a quote for premium economy and for 1 passenger only the other passenger will no longer be traveling
