Travelstart disaster

I bought a ticket on the 4th of July, ticket was paid, money went off my account, one hour later I received an email to tell me that my booking was canceled, no reason given. Money not refunded, and no ticket!!! You don't get to speak to anyone, only bot responses. I managed to send an email which has given me a case number, but no response on that either. As a public recipient the bank did not allow payment reversal! What do I do, R11.854 stuck with travelstart?
