Travelstart - Dino Nunes exceptional customer service
I would like to thank Dino Nunes from Travelstart in Cape Town for going above and beyond the call of duty to handle my issue and resolve my problem today when our international flights were incorrectly cancelled. He was professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Our problem was resolved in 30 mins. Had it not been for the exceptional service I received from him I may have looked elsewhere in future when booking flights. Customer service at its finest, thank you Dino and Travelstart.
