Travelstart cutomer care does not exist
Can’t get in reach of travelstart since early morning, - emails whatsapp and online app. I have a medical emergency and I want to report to someone and change my flights but nobody helping. Cant recommend travelstart… if you have an emergency you’ll be left stranded …which could happen on any trip.

You’ve handled the situation in such a great manner and I must applaud you.
My flights were cancelled immediately and I felt attended too.
In an emergency you want to deal with these issues immediately so all your focus can go into what is needed.
