TRAVELSTART CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANCE

This is the second time I am having to report Travel start, They just dont bother to reply or make the effort to call me, despite my queries about changing a booking. And asking them on numerous occasions about the baggage allowance. When you call you have to hold on for up to an hour. The service from Travel start is nothing short of disgusting. I have sent Melissa several replies on my previous Hello Peter complaint , and to date have had no response. WHAT HAS GONE WRONG TRAVELSTART, I ALWAYS USED TO BOOK MY FLIGHTS THROUGH YOU , NOW I WILL MOST DEFINITELY THINK TWICE

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the struggle in trying to reach our team to get assistance with your booking. 

I have called and left a voice message.

Regarding your Virgin Atlantic flights for travel in August 2022, to confirm your checked baggage allowance is: 1 x 23kgs per passengers.

I've gone onto the Global booking system as well as called up your booking on Virgin Atlantic's website and resent the booking confirmation. 

The baggage allowance will show on the tickets e-mailed.

i HAVE RECEIVED THE NEW TICKETS IT STILL ONLY STATES ONE PIECE OF LUGGAGE , ALSO WHY IS IT NOW ONLY ONE PIECE OF CHECKED LUGGAGE AND MY ORIGINAL BOOKING HAD A 10KG HAND LUGGAGE , AS WELL AS A 23KG CHECKED LUGGAGE.
PLEASE URGENTLY ADVISE

Thank you for taking my calls. I have followed up with my manager who confirmed you are able to use your Flexi product at a later stage. 

What was discussed will be sent via email shortly as well as the payment link for the amount of R299 x 2 

Regarding the baggage allowance as advised each passenger will have 10kgs of carry on baggage allowance as per the confirmation I sent earlier today from the airlines website. Plus 23kgs of checked baggage allowance 

""To confirm: You can check in at least 1 x 23kg bag* 

All tickets include hand baggage (max size 23 x 36 x 56cm or 9 x 14 x 22 inches) in addition to the normal stuff you'd carry with you, like your coat or handbag.""

We have followed up with our Fares team who confirmed the payment link has now been emailed to the email address used to make the booking.
