Travelstart credit worthless
My daughter booked tickets and had to cancel due to Covid. They got a "credit" of R8 000 per ticket. Now they are trying to re-book - they need to pay in MORE than the cost of the new ticket on the Travelstart site. And it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone at Travelstart.

As advised a new booking would show as a sale booking or fare or a subsidised fare to draw people into buying the tickets, where as a rebooking would be actual pricing without subsidised cost or sale updates. Please can you drop me an email on *** so that I can search for the most cost effective rebooking option and please include the reference number.
