Travelstart Communication System Broken!

I''ve booked so many flights through Travelstart but with their new communication system I will do what I need to avoid going through them. Their new communication system is mess. I wasn't surprised to find simi**** comments on Hellopeter. And how sad is it that I have to post something here to hopefully be contacted! I've tried to cancel my tickets for two days now and now I just received a check-in e-mail from the airline! I spoke to 2 agents on Whatsapp, today no-one even responded to me. All I want is someone to either refund me or cancel my ticket for later use so I don't loose R25k! Not cool Travelstart, you will have look at a call center. Unless you just don't care anymore and it's all about the numbers. But I would guess you might loose some valuable clients...
